Dr. B completed her chiropractic education at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2020. She decided she wanted to work hands-on with patients while completing her Master’s degree in Anthropology. She interviewed patients with chronic illnesses to learn how they navigated health, illness, and the healthcare system. She brings her passion for sharing through storytelling to her everyday work as a chiropractor.
Dr. B is especially passionate about treating the pelvis in all stages of life! She has completed multiple continuing education programs to ensure she helps her pregnant and postpartum patients achieve their goals in the safest, most effective ways possible.
Dr. B also loves working with the youth of her community. She worked with young athletes of all abilities and skill levels throughout her chiropractic education, and completed an extracurricular placement in a Toronto school providing manual therapy and rehabilitation to children with complex disabilities.

As a mom of two young daughters and two teenaged step-kids, I’m no stranger to the joys and challenges of blended families, parenting, relationships and life transitions. My own life experiences have shaped who I am today and have given me empathy and insight that I believe help me to help others. I’ve seen first-hand how important counselling and therapy can be in helping people to cope with difficult circumstances, ultimately enabling them to return to a productive and satisfying life.
Each client is unique, which means there is no one-size-fits-all ‘solution’. I take an integrative approach to treatment and practice in an inclusive, client-centred way that places an emphasis on client’s strengths and life experiences. It’s important to me that I create a safe, non-judgmental, calm space for clients to share their stories and for us to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship, since the relationship between client and therapist has shown to be one of the greatest predictors of successful therapy outcomes. I work with teens, adults and couples.
I have an MA in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP).
